Bakery Hill Distillery is a family-owned craft producer based in Kensington, crafting world-class single malt whiskies in Australia for over two decades.

Founded by former chemistry teacher David Baker, the distillery was born from his desire to prove that exceptional whisky doesn’t need to come from Scotland - it just needs a deep understanding of the craft and a commitment to quality.

Bakery Hill is now one of Australia’s most awarded distilleries, recognised globally and named Southern Hemisphere Whisky of the Year in the 2020 Whisky Bible.

Each whisky is handcrafted from single casks and matured for 6–8 years, resulting in rich, refined single malts that stand among the best in the country.

The team also shares their passion through distillery tours and tastings, offering whisky lovers a deeper understanding of how great whisky is made - and enjoyed - and how best to enjoy it.
