Discover Victoria’s best drinks of 2025

Join Victoria’s most exciting drink producers as they showcase the state’s best beers, wines, ciders, spirits and non-alcs under one roof at the Medallion Club at Marvel Stadium on Monday 28 July from 12 noon to 5pm.

After a hugely successful event in 2024, it's time to gather your team again to discover what's new and what’s trending in Victorian drinks and connect with key players in hospitality and drinks production.

This year, more than 200 producers are taking part – we’re talking wines from Syrahmi, ECK Wines, Dirty Three, Lethbridge and Mayer Yarra Valley, top-drawer beers and cider from Gippsland’s Gurney’s Cider, and spirits from the likes of Starward, Three Foxes, Bass & Flinders Distillery, plus boundary-pushing liqueurs from Marionette to name a few.

Drop in for half an hour or settle in for half a day to taste, network, learn and snack, with culinary delights from Lee Ho Fook.

This is a trade-only tasting event, exclusive to the hospitality industry. It's free to attend, and registrations are essential.

The Drink Victorian program is proudly supported by the Victorian Government through Agriculture Victoria and Global Victoria. It's an initiative of the Victorian Drinks Alliance, a collaboration between Food + Drink Victoria (the not-for-profit behind Melbourne Food & Wine Festival), Cider Australia, Independent Brewers Association, Spirits Victoria and Wine Victoria.
